The bangaloREsidency and bangaloREsidency-Expanded programmes were conceived as a long-term collaboration between the Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Bangalore and various innovative and discerning contemporary art/cultural spaces and partners in Karnataka, Kerala, and Germany. BangaloREsidency-Expanded aims at establishing long-term artistic exchange through a novel practice of collaboration wherein Indian artists get to work in Germany, gain access to the art practice of the other culture and thereby enrich their own creativity.
