Open Call | Artist Residency Program

The artist residency program is an opportunity for collaboration between Mumbai based artists and the community of Govandi to create site-specific and contextual art. 5 artists will be selected for a four months residency in the neighbourhood of Govandi.

The artists will showcase the outcomes of the residency at the Govandi Arts Festival in February 2023.

Areas of artistic engagement should be through the following mediums - Crafts, Textile Art, Sound Art, Installation Art & Tech Art.

Interested applicants can submit proposals with production budget upto 1,00,000 INR (excluding travel & daily allowance)
